What happens

Homer, Bart and Lisa stand in a living room watching through a window as a boy in an orange shirt and a man in a grey jacket and blue cap run across the lawn outside, and then Homer steps to the arched doorway where a woman in a white blouse stands in the foreground. Marge, Lisa, Maggie, Homer and Bart then gather together in that same doorway, looking out with uneasy expressions. Outside, a crowd of uniformed police officers, a worker in a red hard hat, and townspeople gather around a stone well, and Bart holds a red microphone up to a woman with orange hair as the bystanders look on.
