Chief Wiggum and Homer stand close together in a teal bus interior with large windows

What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief with blue hair under his cap, and Homer, bald with stubble in a white shirt, stand close together in a teal bus interior with large windows. Behind a row of onlookers, a curly-haired woman in a pink blouse and blue scarf, a brown-haired man with glasses and a purple tie, a red-haired woman in a purple dress, and a brown-haired boy in an orange shirt with a blue backpack, plus a uniformed officer with crossed arms, all grin and laugh. The scene then shifts to Wiggum and Homer, where Wiggum grimaces and speaks while Homer glances aside, then closes his eyes and sighs.
