What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, is on a purple metal staircase outside an apartment building, with a small white paper on the ground below. Inside a room, a tall-haired woman with a brown bouffant, Mrs. Krabappel, wearing a purple bathrobe, sits on a blue couch reading a purple booklet beside a Krusty-O's can on a table by a window. She then rises and walks to the doorway of her apartment, which has a brown door, wearing a grey bathrobe, and she clutches a small key while stepping out onto the staircase. She stops at the threshold with both arms flung out and her mouth open as if calling out to Bart.
