What happens

Homer, in a red cap and white Homer-lettered baseball uniform, is joined by a blue-haired man in a grey jacket and red cap who points and touches Homer's cap as they stand by the field. Twin megaphones on a pole with green and yellow bunting appear against a blue sky, and then Homer steps up to bat as a pitcher in grey winds up in front of a chain-link fence, a catcher and umpire behind him, and a crowd in the stands. Bart, Lisa, Marge with her blue beehive, and Grampa with white tufts of hair cheer in the stands, holding a '#1' foam finger sign, and Homer ends up scowling while gripping his bat.
