What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a blue uniform and cap, stands at home plate swinging a bat as a ball approaches, while a catcher in red gear and a heavy umpire in a black mask crouch behind him. Nearby, uniformed officers sit on a wooden dugout bench and talk, with a standing officer on the field and a crowd in the stands behind a chain-link fence, and a dark red-roofed structure and parked cars beyond. The scene shifts to a framed view with the white 'REC' text in the corner as Wiggum swings the bat at the pitch.
