What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits at a white-clothed restaurant table holding a wine glass, while his thin assistant Smithers, in glasses and a purple bow tie, stands beside him with one hand resting on a chair. Burns starts with a sly, sneering look, then his eyes widen and he raises his glass and speaks excitedly, while Smithers grins and nods. The scene is set against orange, lilac-streaked windows, with a plate, a teacup and salt and pepper shakers on the table.
