What happens

Lisa sits at a classroom desk next to a blond, spiky-haired boy in a white shirt and a curly-haired woman in a purple top, while a blue-haired teacher at the front desk looks up at the room, which has a 'Give a Hoot, Read a Book!' poster and a wall clock. Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, stands in a pink sweater holding a stack of papers near the doorway, beside an uniformed officer carrying a box and the heavy-set Chief Wiggum in a grey uniform and cap. The scene then cuts to the exterior of the Iowa Non-International Airport, with a green tractor and trailer parked out front and a plane's grey body and windows sliding across the screen beneath a control tower.
