What happens

Mr. Burns, frail and stooped with a hooked nose, stands beside Smithers in glasses and a pink bow tie and a balding older man, all behind metal bars with Santa's Little Helper, the brown greyhound, in front of them. Burns scowls while the dog looks on, and they stay there as the scene shifts. Outside on a brick-walled street by a red fire hydrant, a poster reading 'Have You Seen My Body Today?' is shown, then a hand holding a green bill tacks a 'Lost D...' flyer with a phone number onto a wooden board. Bart in his orange shirt and Marge with her tall blue beehive and green dress stand by a utility pole covered in flyers in front of the Kwik-E-Mart, with a blue car parked nearby.
