What happens

Homer, in a white shirt, first stands with his eyes shut and a pained expression in a blue-tiled room, then opens his eyes wide and looks worried. Next, a seated group in a living room includes a man with long black hair and glasses in a red shirt holding a striped animal, a man in a white shirt holding a plate beside a white bull terrier, and a woman with an orange beehive and blue bow. Homer then holds up a brown greyhound while Bart, with spiky hair and an orange shirt, reaches to touch its nose, with a counter and a dark-skinned man in a white cap behind them. Finally, Krusty the clown in a purple shirt, green pants and red shoes gestures beside a monkey in a pink hat and bow tie, who reaches toward him, while the man in the white cap watches from behind a counter with shelves labeled CATS, DOGS and CARE.
