What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, sits behind a desk in a dark suit and pink tie in front of a red high-backed chair, gesturing with his hands and then leaning forward while speaking to Smithers, his thin assistant with glasses, a magenta bow tie, and a green jacket with an ID badge, who stands at the right beside the desk. Burns raises both hands, then lowers one to rest on a sheet of paper, while Smithers keeps his hands behind his back and listens. The desk holds the paper, a red pen, and a row of pens in a stand.
