What happens

An orange, big-eyed creature lies on an operating table while a surgeon in a white cap and gown leans over it under bright ceiling lights, with a small masked figure in a white cap watching from behind. The moment begins at a golden arched window with a blue pane, then moves to a gleaming golden gate with a small blue door set into it and a glowing path of gold coins before it, and a black circle fills the screen briefly before the view returns to the creature's wide-eyed close-up. The creature is then shown lying back on the table as the surgeon reaches toward it, with a green oxygen tank and medical equipment beside the table.
