Marge Simpson lies in bed under a light blue blanket with her hands clutched at her chest, looking worried and then closing her eyes in distress

What happens

Marge Simpson, with her tall blue beehive, lies in bed under a light blue blanket with her hands clutched at her chest, looking worried and then closing her eyes in distress. Homer Simpson, wearing a white cowboy hat and a white fringed western jacket with a bolo tie, stands beside the bed gesturing with one hand and talking animatedly before settling into a more serious stance. The bedroom has maroon walls and two framed portraits of Bart and Lisa hanging above the headboard, with a dark blue headboard behind Marge. Homer's expression shifts from animated to stern as Marge looks up at him wide-eyed, and the scene ends with both of them still in the same positions.
