What happens

Chief Wiggum, the fat police chief in a blue cap, stands guard in a prison cell block while a man in grey-blue prison clothes is held beside him, then several inmates crowd into a narrow SUPPLY closet lined with bottles as a dark-haired guard in a cap walks toward its open door. Over the sequence the inmates keep leaning in and looking around, one holding a green book, until Sideshow Bob, with his huge spiky red mane, stands among prisoners in blue shirts beside a man resting his chin on his hand and a bulky man at the right edge, all looking on sullenly.
