What happens

A bearded man with long curly black hair, a pink cap, headphones and a pink shirt stands beside a door with a Notice of Eviction sign, then the scene shifts to Apu, the Kwik-E-Mart clerk in a green shirt, behind the counter as Bart in an orange shirt and blue shorts walks up past a NO CHECKS CREDIT CARDS FOOD STAMPS sign. Apu then works the handles of a slush dispenser to fill a cup, with a DRINK UP! BUZZ COLA poster and a Jack's register nearby.
