What happens

A young woman with voluminous wavy blonde hair, a pink blouse and a dark headgear strap across her braces stands behind a counter with a cash register while a grey-haired man in a blue suit, seen from the side and holding a folder, faces her in a small office with a framed picture of a town street on the wall and a blue coat on a stand. She stays mostly still with wide eyes, her expression shifting from a tight-lipped grimace to an open-mouthed look of alarm as she seems to react to something he says, while he keeps a faint smile and his gaze fixed on her. Nothing else in the room changes, and the cash register and folder remain in the same positions throughout.
