What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair, glasses, and a white lab coat with a red bow tie, stands at a pink-draped counter across from Lisa, who wears a pink bow, a pearl necklace, and an orange-red dress. A girl with brown bangs, red hair ribbons, and metal headgear with braces, wearing a red jacket, stands behind the counter beneath a 'Dance Tonight' poster while Milhouse smiles, gestures with a small white card, and reaches toward Lisa. Lisa reaches into an open box of pink candies and picks up a small red-wrapped item, and Milhouse then clutches his chest and grimaces with his mouth open.
