What happens

Troy McClure, the actor with swept-back reddish hair, wearing a brown suit and floral tie, sits on a blue-cushioned examination table in a green-walled room beneath a 'The Four Food Groups' poster. He crosses his legs, gestures with his hands, then rises and stands in front of the table with one hand in his pocket, while the checkered floor and a glass jar on the counter remain visible.
