What happens

Troy McClure, an actor with swept-back reddish hair, a brown suit and a green-and-red patterned tie, stands in a clinic room with a blue-topped examination table, a poster reading "The Four Food Groups" and a glass jar on a shelf. He walks forward past the table, planting one hand on it and lifting a foot, then turns to face the viewer and holds a wide, toothy grin with raised eyebrows as he moves closer to the view. He stays in that grinning pose, eyes glancing sideways, as the scene settles on his face against a pale green and grey backdrop.
