Bart rides a green skateboard through the air above an orange building against a blue sky with green clouds

What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt and blue shorts, rides a green skateboard through the air above an orange building against a blue sky with green clouds. Later, Homer, in a yellow radiation suit and welding helmet, holds a glowing green rod with orange tongs at a counter under a partly visible CAUTION sign, with Mr. Burns, a thin stooped old man with a hooked nose, watching from the side. Marge, with her tall blue beehive, reads Mom Monthly magazine in the Kwik-E-Mart while Maggie, with her blue bow, stands at the checkout counter as a heavy man in a grey apron reaches toward her.
