About the episode

When a company physical shows radiation has left Homer nearly sterile, Mr. Burns heads off a lawsuit by tricking him into signing a waiver disguised as a $2,000 award. Homer's penniless half-brother, Herb Powell, asks for the money to build a baby translator, and Homer hands it over. The invention makes Herb rich again, and he repays the family with gifts, including Homer's coveted vibrating chair.
