Herb Powell

How they look

Herb has Homer's face, muzzle and eyes, but he is slimmer and has a full head of neat, slicked-back dark brown hair, so a bald head never means Herb: for most of the episode he wears a royal-blue suit with a light-blue shirt and grey tie (sometimes just the shirt and tie over blue trousers), early on he is a scruffy hobo with shaggy grey-brown hair (it looks reddish in the night scenes), grey stubble, a ragged dark-brown coat and patched green trousers, and at the end he wears a grey-purple suit with a dark tie and a tan shoulder bag.
