What happens

Bart in his orange shirt, Nelson in his vest, and Milhouse with blue hair and glasses first appear at a fair table marked FREE TRADING CARDS, with a grey-haired man in a white hat behind them. Before that, a yellow-gloved hand holds up a grey puppet with orange curly hair, a red polka-dot bow and a wide red mouth that opens and closes against a blue backdrop. Then the three gather at the table, Bart's mouth open in surprise as he looks down at the scattered cards while Milhouse smiles and leans in beside him.
