What happens

Sideshow Bob, with a huge mane of spiky red hair and a patterned Hawaiian shirt, drives a lavender van with a large Krusty the Clown head on its roof along a suburban street, speaking into a microphone while steering. The scene then shows Ned Flanders, with his moustache, glasses and green sweater, reading a black book with a cross on its cover in a pink armchair beside a woman with curly auburn hair who knits, in a room with a bookshelf and a rainbow picture. Back in the van, Sideshow Bob keeps talking into the microphone, one hand on the wheel, as it passes hedges and a yellow house.
