What happens

Homer, a bald man in a white shirt and party hat, is pictured face-first in a pink birthday cake beside Marge, her blue beehive visible, who holds a hand to her cheek in a framed picture hanging on an office wall. Below it stand a woman with glasses, short brown hair and a blue suit, and a Black man in a purple suit and blue tie, in an office with a Fall Semester schedule board, a bulletin board, a coat rack with a green purse, and a trash can. The woman reads from a sheet of paper while the man stands with his hands on his hips, then folds his arms and rests his chin on his hand, and she later crumples the paper in her hands as she keeps talking.
