What happens

Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt, and Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, lie side by side on a colorful patchwork quilt in front of a red couch, filling in a form with a pencil. The form has a dashed box marked PASTE PHOTO HERE, and in the first moment Homer is shown leaning over the paper, and the scene then cuts to a photo of Marge, with her tall blue beehive, and Homer in a party hat, his face smeared with pink frosting as he bites into a pink layered birthday cake among purple streamers and bunting. Back on the quilt, Homer and Bart look down at the form, which now shows the photo pasted in the box, while Homer gestures with his hands and Bart looks on with a pensive expression.
