What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose, sits in a red chair at the head of a long table beneath a huge demonic face, while suited board members including a bald man in a blue suit, a man in a purple jacket with round glasses, and a man in sunglasses listen. He later stands in a wood-panelled room beside a portrait of himself, gesturing with one hand as a thin man with glasses and a bow tie stands behind the seated men, and the bald man in blue smokes a cigarette. Two small devils and a grey wolf-like creature sit with Burns in one frame, and a snake coils around the back of his chair.
