What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands at the head of a long boardroom table with his arms spread, while Krusty the clown with green hair and several unnamed men sit in padded chairs along its sides. He gestures and leans forward, then points down the table toward the seated men, who watch him. The scene then shifts to a counter where a bearded man in a blue hat, a bespectacled man in a plaid shirt, and a young man with reddish hair in a blue shirt stand listening while Burns, at the right, grins and points a finger toward them, a wall-mounted television and cabinets behind them.
