What happens

Mr. Burns, a frail, stooped old man with a hooked nose and grey hair at the sides, stands at the head of a long conference table where Krusty the clown and several men sit in chairs, including a red-plaid-shirted man with swept-back reddish hair. Burns then stands before three seated men, a bearded man in a blue hat and green shirt, a man in plaid with glasses, and a man in a blue shirt with a red patch, and he jabs his finger at the blue-shirted man's head, then turns to the group with an open-palmed, smiling gesture. Behind them hangs a wall-mounted monitor and cabinets, and outside a building marked Itchy & Scratchy stands behind an iron fence with a water tower reading I-S.
