What happens

Otto, the bus driver with long curly black hair, cap and headphones, steers a yellow Springfield Elementary School bus through heavy rain while Bart, in an orange shirt, sits in the seat beside him. Passengers in the windows include a woman with a tall blue hairdo, and a bald driver in a yellow AMC Gremlin follows through the storm on a wet road under grey clouds and power lines. The Gremlin's front plate reads AMC GREMLIN, and the bus's side reads SPRINGFIELD ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, with the Gremlin driving alongside before the scene shifts to the Gremlin alone on the road.
