What happens

Milhouse, with blue hair and red-framed glasses, stands in a bus aisle wearing a pink shirt and grins and grimaces while talking, as a stubbly-haired Bart in an orange shirt leans in beside him. In the first frames Milhouse looks toward the aisle with his mouth open, then his expression turns anxious and he flinches back. In the later frames Bart stands at the front of the bus, pointing toward the window and yelling, while Otto, with long curly black hair, a tan cap and headphones, grips the steering wheel and scowls at the road. Rain streaks the windows, and a metal pole and a round light fixture hang inside the red bus.
