What happens

A blue gremlin with long arms and wild black hair clings to a spinning black tire sunk in an orange-rimmed hole on a rain-slicked surface, then reaches out and grips the wheel's hub as sparks fly and streaks of rain fall across the scene. Bart, in his orange shirt, appears at a rain-streaked window with wide eyes and a clenched grimace while green trees pass outside. Bright white-and-yellow sparks and diagonal rain streaks fill the cartoon frame, with yellow lane-like stripes running across the reddish background.
