What happens

Bart Simpson, in his orange shirt, stands on a red bus seat shouting with his arms flung wide while two purple-haired women with pink bows sit behind him and a red-bearded man in a green sweater holds up a rope. The scene moves to a blue-jacketed grey-haired man gripping a rope near a curly-haired passenger, then to a heavy, pale-haired boy with eyes closed licking a green tube as Milhouse, in blue-haired glasses, watches from behind. The heavy boy in a white shirt and green suspenders then holds the tube out to Bart on the bus, with Lisa and Maggie seated at the left, and a crumpled paper lies on the floor.
