What happens

Bart, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, sits at a classroom desk beside a girl with long purple hair, a pink bow and a pink sweater, and the two talk and gesture at each other, with the girl pointing toward the desks. Then a red-haired, red-mustached bully in a grey vest grabs Bart by the leg and dangles him out of a window, his blue shoe flying off as he yells, while other kids watch from the window. In the final moment the bully's arm rests on the sill as a girl with a hair bun looks on, and Bart's shoe is held in the air above the desks as his legs are dragged out of view.
