What happens

Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, dances in the aisle of a school bus while Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, stands beside him near the front, and the driver, who has long curly black hair, watches from his seat. Bart then turns his back to the rows of seated passengers, flapping his arms at his head and sides as the kids stare, including a purple-haired girl with a pink bow and a boy in a blue shirt with a red belt. The scene ends in a close-up of that blue-shirted boy speaking, with the purple-haired girl and a curly-haired passenger behind him.
