Milhouse stands in the aisle of a school bus holding a folder while the driver, Otto with long curly black hair, watches from the driver's seat
The Simpsons, “Simpson Tide” (season 9, episode 19), 7:31–7:40
What happens
Milhouse, with blue hair and glasses, stands in the aisle of a school bus holding a folder while the driver, Otto with long curly black hair, watches from the driver's seat. Kids in orange seats look on, including a red-haired teen in a purple knit cap who points from a seat beside a curly-haired boy in a green shirt and a braided blonde girl with pink bows. Milhouse then turns to face the rows of kids, who raise their fists and cheer as he stands with his back to the viewer.
