Mr. Burns and a man in a green tank top with glasses and grey hair, stand outside a shop with an ice cream cone in each hand

What happens

Mr. Burns, the frail, very thin, stooped old man with a hooked nose and blue-grey hair at the sides, and a man in a green tank top with glasses and grey hair, stand outside a shop with an ice cream cone in each hand. Burns, wearing a purple Hawaiian shirt, scowls and gestures with one hand while the man in the tank top talks animatedly with an open mouth. The man in the tank top then turns away, looking down at his cone, and eventually stands alone holding his melting chocolate ice cream cone while Burns is out of view. Behind them are a sign with lettering above the storefront, blinds, a window showing a purple interior with a table and chairs.
