What happens

Patty and Selma, Marge's twin sisters with grey-violet hair, smoke cigarettes while standing in front of a striped orange and purple big top, with balloons and a light-blue sky behind them. The scene shifts to a close-up of a bearded old man in a captain's hat with a white beard and a smoking pipe, who stands at a fairground with a sign reading 'SURF' and a clown in the background, and a woman in a pink dress; the old man squints, then closes his eyes and smiles. Cut to the striped tent again, where a black blur and green-tipped objects streak past in motion, suggesting the rapid movement of a ride.
