What happens

A dark-haired man in a purple suit and white sash speaks into a microphone at a podium draped with red, white and blue bunting, with two sunglasses-wearing men in black suits standing behind him and a blonde woman in a short red dress beside him. He gestures with one hand, at one point with his eyes closed, while the woman smiles and looks toward him. The woman then steps away from the podium and walks down the outdoor steps past white columns, blowing a kiss toward the crowd gathered below, where a man in a white captain's cap and others watch, some holding up signs or cameras.
