What happens

Homer and Marge stand at the left edge of a plaza beside a stone statue as Krusty the clown rides a skateboard past in a purple jacket and green pants, with red balloons tied to the scene. Bart, in an orange shirt and blue shorts, stands on the sidewalk by a trash can, glaring and then turning his head, while Lisa in a red dress watches from the top of the frame and a brown-haired man in a blue sweater holds a slingshot on a purple log. The scene then shifts to a festival crowd gathered in front of a booth of colorful prizes, with a heavy man in a blue sash and a blonde woman watching from the foreground beneath a white statue.
