Principal Skinner stands on a street in front of a playground while Moe confronts him

What happens

Principal Skinner, with neat grey hair and a suit and tie, stands on a street in front of a playground while Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a white shirt and blue bow tie, confronts him. In the first frame Skinner, wearing a sash marked MAYOR, is shown beside a man in a blue hat, and Moe leans in pointing a finger at Skinner. Moe keeps jabbing his finger at Skinner while shouting, then in the fourth frame he gestures with an open hand toward him, and in the last frame he waves his hand out while Skinner stands with a stiff, wary expression. A red playground structure and a brown kiosk sit in the background under a bright blue sky.
