What happens

Bart, the boy with spiky hair in an orange shirt, sits on a purple table in a pink room, petting Santa's Little Helper, the family's brown greyhound, who lies stretched out beside him. Bart pats the dog and then looks up toward a window with blue curtains and a green bush outside. Homer, the bald heavy man in a white shirt, appears at the window, waving and calling out, while Bart turns to watch him. Homer then ducks down out of sight below the windowsill, leaving only his eyes and hair peeking up, as Bart keeps staring at the window. A framed picture of Krusty the clown hangs on the wall at the left.
