What happens

Bart, with spiky hair and an orange shirt, stands in the foreground beside Lisa, who has star-shaped spiky hair, a red dress and a pearl necklace, and she watches from behind him near a window with carrot-patterned curtains. Bart's eyes widen as he looks ahead, and then Homer, bald with a white shirt, appears in a purple kitchen with his arms spread wide beside a crock of utensils and a rooster pot holder on the wall. Bart returns with the brown greyhound Santa's Little Helper in his arms while Lisa looks on, and Bart's face shifts to a tense grimace as the dog closes its eyes.
