Seen from a car dashboard, a red speedometer needle climbs from 0 toward 5 MPH on a gauge marked in miles per hour
The Simpsons, “Bart's Inner Child” (season 5, episode 7), 20:44–20:55
What happens
Seen from a car dashboard, a red speedometer needle climbs from 0 toward 5 MPH on a gauge marked in miles per hour. The scene then cuts to a Springfield street, where a pink float with a rainbow arch and the banner "FREE AS A BIRD" rolls past Springfield Grocers while a crowd of onlookers watches, and white birds burst from the arch. As the rainbow and birds are torn away, a bare wire cage on the float is revealed with two yellow-skinned figures standing inside it, and the float keeps moving.
