What happens

Homer Simpson, the bald, heavy man in a white shirt and blue trousers, stands in a backyard beside a clothesline and a wooden fence, shaking his fists and gesturing angrily at a tangled orange-and-grey clothesline reel with a purple shirt hanging from it. In the first frame the reel sits upright and the shirt dangles from it, then Homer steps up to the frame of the clothesline and grips its metal rail, then he backs away with his hands raised, and then he jerks forward with his fists clenched and shakes them at the clothesline. Blue sky, clouds, and a red-roofed house are visible behind the yard.
