What happens

Homer Simpson kneels on a green lawn in front of a tan house with a red door and a tree, working with broken wooden planks that have protruding nails. He claps his hands together, then his blue-trousered leg and purple shoe step down onto the planks, and he later clutches his chest with a pained, sorrowful look. A dark tool lies in the grass at the left, and a wooden structure stands behind the tree.
