Moe stands in a crowd with a sour, skeptical look and a hand at his chin

What happens

Moe, the grey-haired bartender in a bow tie and suspenders, stands in a crowd with a sour, skeptical look and a hand at his chin. The scene then moves to a workshop beneath a red 'WORKSHOP' sign, where Principal Skinner in a purple shirt and orange tie stands on the left and Troy McClure, with swept-back reddish hair and a grey sweater, stands on the right, both looking at a seated, blue-tinted woman in a fruit-covered hat and a flowered blanket. Skinner then turns to grin beside a partial red 'INNER' sign, with two blue boxes on a table in front of him and a potted plant at the left edge.
