What happens

Principal Skinner, a neat grey-haired man in a blue suit, orange tie and purple shirt, stands behind a red desk in his office, facing Lisa, the girl with star-shaped spiky hair and a red dress, who sits with her back to the viewer in a brown chair. Skinner starts out with a bland, slightly pained expression, then mouths words while gesturing with one hand and raising a finger, and later grins and clasps his hands together as Lisa looks up at him wide-eyed in the last frame. Framed certificates hang on the beige wall, a green desk lamp sits on the desk, and a potted plant, bookshelves and a bonsai appear behind Lisa in the final frame.
