What happens

Apu, the dark-haired Kwik-E-Mart clerk in a green shirt, stands behind the store counter in the first frame, handling a cup and a blue cloth, while a yellow hand rests on the counter. In the next frame a tattooed, earring-wearing man in a blue shirt, who fits no regular's description, presses a bag on the counter as Apu throws up his arms in alarm. Bart, in an orange shirt, and Milhouse, in a lavender shirt with red-framed glasses, lean on the counter as Apu talks and gestures with the blue cloth, and then Bart pulls out a folded bill in front of a CASH mat in the final frame, surrounded by shelves of snack bags and a refrigerator case.
