What happens

Bart Simpson, the spiky-haired boy in an orange shirt, green jacket and red neckerchief, stands on a sidewalk looking up with wide, uneasy eyes while a tall, unnamed man in a green plaid sweater and dark trousers and a woman in a purple skirt stand behind him. A large yellow hand holds a folding knife toward Bart from the left, and in the final moment a heavy, uniformed man in green holds up a blue book titled "THE 10 DO'S AND 500 DON'TS of KNIFE SAFETY" with a knife illustration on its cover. Bart's expression shifts from nervous wincing to a clenched, grimacing look as he stares ahead.
