What happens

Ned Flanders, in a grey scout uniform with a campaign hat, red neckerchief and merit-badge sash, stands at the front of an orange-walled room beside a blue chalkboard while a man in a white naval cap, white shirt and blue shorts faces a row of uniformed boys in green caps and red neckerchiefs. The man in the naval cap gestures with his fists and talks while the boys sit with their backs to the camera, then the boys raise their hands in the air as Flanders looks on and the man stands with a satisfied expression. A brown door with a metal handle and an American flag on a stand sit beside the room's entrance, and the chalkboard fills the background.
